_________

Dear all,

The trial of 12 BDS activists in Mulhouse (France), scheduled for 29 November 2010, has been put off yet again.  The trial had already been postponed once before, at the request of the plaintiffs.  This time, the reason given is that the presiding judge is ill. The next audience will be the 10 February 2010.

Action in support of the militants, prosecuted for denouncing Israel’s impunity and calling for the boycott of Israeli produce, must continue and be reinforced!

The BDS campaign will endure around the world and in France, as long as the three Palestinian demands, in line with international law, are not respected:

–    The end of the colonization, the occupation, the siege of Gaza, as well as the dismantlement of the Wall;

–    The right of return for all the refugees;

–    The end of apartheid for the Palestinians living in Israel, the « Israeli Arabs »

The BDS France campaign calls for, amongst other things, the boycott of illegal goods labelled « Israel », the products of a war crime.  It is those products that are outside the law, not the militants acting in solidarity with Palestine!

This boycott is not « discrimination », and still less « an incitement to racial hatred », but a citizen action by those who refuse to accept the violation of the rule of law, which for 60 years has been the basis of the State of Israel’s criminal policies.
